A- We ask for this information for two reasons. First, so we can keep you informed of your order, and reach out to you if there is a problem. Second, we occasionally will send out special offers or new product announcements. Rest assured, we do not and will not sell your information.
How Long will it take for me to receive my coffee?
It takes 1-3 days for your coffee to be roasted depending on the number of orders to be fulfilled. It is shipped the day that it is roasted and will take 3-5 days to arrive depending on destination and shipping volumes. Also, please be aware that COVID-19 has had an effect on shipping times and may add a day or so in some cases. Just be aware that it may take as many as 10 days from the order date to arrive. However, we will provide a tracking number for your order and you will know where it is every step of the way.
How much is shipping?
Shipping for all coffee products ordered in the USA will ship for free. Non-coffee products will be charged shipping.
